H1Z1 will have female avatars soon
Daybreak Game Company CEO John Smedley said last night that H1Z1's development team hopes to have female avatars implemented in the next few weeks.
That would fulfill a promise made early in the online zombie survival game's development, and bring its character customization to a level on par with competitor DayZ.
Some lauded the inclusion, others lamented that it took so long to implement. Still others made calls for the inclusion of different ethnicities, a topic of concern in the survival genre.
H1Z1 is still in early access, but has sold over 1 million copies. A recent update improved added a lot of new content and user experience improvements to the game, as well as a new male character model.
