NCsoft West, the company best known for Guild Wars 2, has set up a mobile division which plans to release games "inspired by our existing game portfolio" along with original titles.

Iron Tiger is located in San Mateo, California, and is looking to hire 100 new employees in the next 12 months. As well as the successful MMO series Guild Wars, NCsoft also publishes the Aion, Blade & Soul and WildStar franchises.

"The launch of Iron Tiger is a key step in enabling us to develop extraordinary and innovative games more rapidly and across more platforms," said Jesse Taylor, senior vice president of mobile at NCsoft West. "We are looking for the best and brightest minds in all of gaming to become part of the Iron Tiger team."
